Is she really six months from being a year old?? Where did the LAST six months go??!! At her six month appointment yesterday her doctor said she was progressing really well. She weighs 17 pounds (80%. Down from 90% at her four month appointment). I could have sworn she weighs 20 pounds or more! It sure feels like that at 2:00 am. She's also gotten taller at 24 inches and is the 95% in height. We're going to have a tall girl!
SIGNIFICANT CHANGES WITHIN THE LAST MONTH:
- she can roll back to tummy
- is sitting up really well by herself
- has discovered she has fingers
- is eating two solid meals a day (LOVES: rice cereal, bananas, pears, squash, baby yogurt. DISLIKES: green beans & peas)
- is starting to hold out her arms when we go to pick her up
- naps are getting better!!
- beginnings of "stranger danger"
- STILL doesn't like tummy time
Kathryn is getting cuter and cuter! Look at those big pretty eyes! Yeh for 6 months. Big milestone for the PARENTS, too...hehe...
